Question: How can I generate a report on SureTrend that shows all the different locations tested over a given time period?
Answer:
To do this, create a custom report and enter the following criteria.
Report Period = Custom
Data Trending = No
Test Results = All results
Specific Data Selection = None
Data Analysis = Location
Report Chart Data = Results (P/C/F)
Report Data Table = Chart table
When the report is run, a number of pie charts are generated. To change it to a bar chart, right click on the graph and select “properties”. In the chart style option select “bar” then press finish.
The end result of this report is all the different locations on the x-axis, the number of pass, cautions and fails on the y-axis (represented by green, yellow and red respectively). It is also possible pick the time period for which the report is run.
If there are too many locations displayed, the data can be further stratified by changing this criterion.
Specific Data Selection = Test Plan
This can make the data more manageable but requires test plans to be assigned to the unit when the data was collected.
